1. Definitions
“We,” “Us,” and “Our” refer to Pureflo Home Water Filtration. “You” and “Customer” refer to the person or entity requesting plumbing services. “Services” refers to plumbing work, repairs, or installations provided by us.
 

2. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging us for services, you agree to these terms and conditions. A signed quote or verbal confirmation of work will be deemed acceptance.
 

3. Quotations and Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are subject to site inspection and may vary if additional work or materials are required. Any variation to the scope of work will be charged as an additional cost and must be approved by you.
 

4. Payment Terms
Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per month. We reserve the right to request a deposit of 10% for
larger jobs.
 

5. Warranty and Liability
We provide a warranty of 7 years on workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or third-party interference. Any materials or products installed are covered under the
manufacturer’s warranty. We are not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions or
work not performed by us.
 

6. Access and Site Conditions
You are responsible for providing safe and adequate access to the site. Any delays or additional work due to unforeseen site conditions, such as asbestos, concealed pipes, or wiring, will incur
additional charges.
 

7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled work. A cancellation fee of 10% of the quoted amount may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
 

8. Health and Safety
We comply with all relevant health and safety regulations. If unsafe conditions are identified, we may cease work until the issue is resolved.
 

9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, supplier issues, or government actions.
 

10. Disputes
Any disputes must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the invoice date. We will work to resolve disputes amicably, but legal remedies may be sought if necessary.
 

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
